Develop and implement Marketing plans for RIAs brands.
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and creative development across various marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand strategies.
Define objectives for the design of Point of Sales Material (POSM).
Ensure the brand maintains a preferred position versus competitors in blind taste test, aiming to be ranked as #1 or #2 in the market.
Safeguard the company's and products' image.
Lead Product Management: Define the NPD pipeline, identify products to be discontinued or modified, to maintain a profitable and attractive portfolio.
Lead Demand Management: Define forecasts by SKU, monitor demand, and serve as a link between sales, logistics, and supply chain.
Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and market trends.
Adhere to the company's controls and processes outlined in the Commercial Approval Matrix.
Define pricing strategies for each brand (maximize profitability and sales).
Manage and control the M&P budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve the highest return on investment.
Generate reports and recommendations based on market analysis and brand performance.
Conduct frequent market visits to gather firsthand information and maintain a pulse on market dynamics.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on marketing and sales. A postgraduate degree is desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within FMCG company.
Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.

Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
