Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Intropa Applicant Tracking System ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any discriminatory hiring practices

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service is provided through your organization's Google Workspace account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Ownership

Your organization retains all rights to the candidate data entered into the Service. Intropa Group acts as a data processor on behalf of your organization as the data controller.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intropa Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
