JOB SUMMARYTo provide comprehensive financial management and executive support to the company owner by ensuring accurate accounting, efficient administrative coordination, and seamless day-to-day operations.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage any requested personal and business-related financial matters on behalf of the Owner and CEO.• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting.• Prepare accurate financial summaries, cash flow reports, and ad-hoc analyses as requested.• Monitor and organize bank accounts, payments, transfers, and financial records.• Anticipate needs and proactively manage financial priorities without requiring constant direction.• Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions when required.• Act as the primary point of support for any accounting or finance-related task requested by the Owner and CEO.• Conduct financial research, comparisons, and decision-support analysis.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS• Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting• Efficiency in managing executive schedules and communications• Quality and usability of Excel reports and financial models• Compliance with financial regulations and audit readiness• Responsiveness and reliability in supporting executive needsKEY COMPETENCIES• High level of integrity and confidentiality• Strong attention to detail• Proactive problem-solving mindset• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively• Professional communication and interpersonal skillsSKILLS• Advanced Microsoft Excel• Accounting & financial reporting• High attention to detail and error detection• Independent task execution with minimal supervision
